Mully is built to keep your golf memories — not to mine them. This page says, in plain language and then in the proper legal language, what we do with the information you give us.

01What we collect
Account information (email and display name, provided by your sign-in provider). Rounds you record (course, date, scores, notes, tags, weather, photos you attach). Device metadata necessary to run the app (OS version, app version, anonymised crash diagnostics).
We do not collect contacts, calendars, microphone, or precise advertising identifiers. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you explicitly invoke the scorecard scan or attach a photo to a round.

02How we use it
To show you your rounds, sync them across your devices, and keep them safe. To send you the very occasional product update if you've opted in. To debug crashes and improve the app. Nothing else.
03Scorecard scanning
When you point your camera at a scorecard, the image is briefly sent to our vision-AI processor so it can read the strokes. This section reserves the visible space for the full, written-by-counsel explanation of:

Provider-side retention windows, our retention of the original card image (kept in your journey on your device + encrypted backup), and how to delete. Reserved.

How to disable scanning entirely and use manual entry instead, with no degraded functionality. Reserved.
04Sharing & processors
We use a small set of processors to run the service — auth, push, crash reporting, backup storage, and the vision-AI processor described in section 03. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

05Retention
Your rounds are kept for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and they are removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (e.g. payment receipts).
06Your rights
You can correct, restrict or delete information about you. You can contact our data protection point of contact at privacy@mully.golf.
07Children
Mully is intended for golfers aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we'll remove it.
08Changes & contact
